Elevated API Latency - Sankalp
Between 14:22 and 14:47 IST, some requests to the Sankalp LLM Gateway experienced elevated latency (p99 increased from 180ms to 420ms). The issue was traced to a connection pool misconfiguration following a routine deployment. A rollback was performed and latency returned to normal levels. No requests were dropped.
Scheduled Maintenance - Documentation Site
The documentation site (docs.rotavision.com) was unavailable for approximately 8 minutes during a planned infrastructure upgrade. The maintenance window was completed ahead of schedule. API services were not affected.
Intermittent Timeouts - Guardian Monitoring
A small percentage of requests (approximately 0.3%) to the Guardian monitoring API returned timeout errors between 09:15 and 09:28 IST. The root cause was identified as a temporary resource constraint on one availability zone. Traffic was rebalanced and the issue self-resolved. Affected customers have been notified.
Degraded Performance - Dastavez Document Processing
Document processing times for Dastavez were elevated by approximately 15% between 16:40 and 17:05 IST due to increased load from a batch processing job. Rate limiting was applied to batch operations and performance returned to normal. Real-time processing was prioritized throughout.
Certificate Renewal - API Gateway
TLS certificate renewal for api.rotavision.com was completed successfully. A brief interruption of less than 30 seconds may have been experienced by some clients during the certificate swap at 03:00 IST. No errors were reported.
